Who we share your data with

If you register as a sponsor/exhibitor/media, PDX organizers shall take care of your data in compliance with national acts regarding data privacy (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

If you register for tickets through our assigned ticket provider, said assigned ticket provider shall be responsible with your data. Any concerns you may have regarding ticketing should be directed to them.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in our internal database.

Your data shall be in the PDX’s internal database for at least one (1) year and you have the right to have it updated by sending your up-to-date details to the PDX organizers.

What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you through our designated email address listed in the Contact portion of this website. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
